This is a furnished room in our family home in north chesterfield their is a queen sized bed a full sized dresser and mirror and a bureau for hanging clothing,shared bathrooms,utiilties included,wifi and cable,this is a weekly rental so no contract,deposit is equal to first weeks rent so if you have proof of employment and your deposit plus first two weeks you can move in.If you decide/or I decide to terminate your stay at any time you will have 7 days to vacate and your deposit (assuming the place is as it was when you arrived)will pay for your last weeks rent this is the only way the deposit is considered refundable status.You will need a small space heater and a television of your own.This is not on a bus line,and this is for single person occupancy may consider couple for different rate.If you are willing to assist with light house work/or any other home needs we can negotiate rent in exchange.We have pets and children and are smokers so be sure this doesn't bother you..You may text or call if interested if you prefer vs email and I can show you by appnt. thanks !
