Rooms in nice house with 3 bedrooms to rent, 2 full baths, on large corner lot with a fenced in back yard, just a couple of blocks away from White Oak Mall. We have a pear tree and a fig tree in the back that bloom with wonderful fruit every year. I?m looking for roomers to share my home with me to split the bills. The bills are approximately $xxxx per month which split 4 ways is only $400 per month. So I?m looking for 3 people paying $400 per month with a $400 security deposit. I have some repairs to make so the move in dates will be November 1st but I?m looking to secure rentals now. $400 will hold the room but the security deposit must be paid before the end of October. 2 rooms rented, one room left.
